Crazy to think we are heading into Holidays🎄

I’m officially off until Jan 3rd, so if you are looking for a massage start looking ahead as Janurary is starting to fill up quickly.

Looking back on the last year I am super thankful to have so many amazing clients and opportunities. I truly look forward to coming in every day and being able to help you with your health goals. I have learned a lot in the last year and look forward to expanding my knowledge in the new year!

❄️With the holiday season approaching and insurance benefit renewal coming up I want to stress, if you are wanting a massage BOOK NOW. ❄️

Trochu clients I only have 3 spots left in December and they will fill FAST!

Innisfail clients there are still openings in December, however I do not have any evening appointments until the new year. Just a reminder I will am only in Innisfail on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

I will be gone for a week over Christmas holidays and won’t be back until the new year, I highly recommend starting to book into January if you are wanting your prime time spots as January is starting to fill up!

Thanksgiving is my favourite holiday, and over the last year of growing my business I have a lot to be thankful for! Endless opportunities, lots of new faces, and lots who have stuck with me from the start! I can’t thank everyone enough for the support, it’s truly been the best adventure with all of you!
