Stubborn weight gain is one of the most common complaints among menopausal women

Why is that?

There's actually a few reasons behind this phenomenon
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The 1️⃣ is that a decline in estrogen causes weight gain
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
This is because estrogen is very protective of weight gain, especially around the belly and hip region
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
That's why women's cardiovascular risk goes up significantly after menopause.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The loss of estrogen causes the growth of fat in all the wrong areas
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The 2️⃣ reason is that pre-menopausal and menopausal women tend to sleep less, stress more, and have very little energy.

1️⃣Avoid using soap to clean the v***a

➡️Water is sufficient to keep the va**na clean.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔺If you wish to use soap, find a mind cleanser designed for sensitive skin that is labelled as hypoallergenic. Our goal is to minimize irritants as much as possible to keep the tissue healthy and happy.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
2️⃣ Don't rub the v***a dry, just pat it.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
➡️This means after the shower you just want to gently pat the area instead of rubbing it with a towel. This will reduce friction and irritability around the area.

Fertile discharge is really wet and slippery where as non-fertile discharge is dry like the 🏜

If you were to stretch it between your fingers you'd be able to get some length out of it most of the times
