My husband doesn’t really understand what I do, but he supports me unconditionally. Fire ceremonies aren’t his things but he knows it’s mine. No questions asked, when I tell him I will be hosting a fire ceremony, he kicks into action. Today he had 2 feet of snow cleared from around the fire pit, arranged the chairs and started the fire. I am so grateful for his limitless support.
We both agree we’re blessed to have each other. Life is good….. and the fire ceremony was magical!

Ceremony is so important! December 21 we celebrated the winter solstice with a beautiful fire ceremony. We started with a cacao ceremony to open our hearts, and begin manifesting all we want to bring into 2026. Then we all placed our offerings into our Despacho , as we know the power of collective energy for releasing and manifesting. What a perfect day! The weather beautifully reflected where we were in our ceremony. It snowed and was windy while we were releasing, then when we began our manifesting kintu ritual, the sun came out and the wind and snow subsided. Thank you to everyone who came to share their energy.

No one will ever know the joy I get from sharing the beauty, magical energy, and the vibrant culture of places that are new to other people. My goal is to expose my travelling friends to experiences they would not possibly enjoy, through other trips to the same country. So when Marie sent me this note, my heart was full and glowing! Marie wrote “ so many of my trips over the years have been described by my friends and family as “ a trip of a lifetime”. I always knew they weren’t… But this one was my personal trip of a lifetime! If I never get to take another trip, I truly feel complete with this one.

Rainbow Mountain in Peru is such a magical view to see in person. It’s unbelievable to think that such natural beauty was created by Pachamama and kept a secret for so long. It was only about 13 years ago the snow melted off to expose this rainbow of colors. Often when you see it online, the colours have been enhanced, but I think leaving it in the shade that the photo was captured in his way better. We climbed 5036 m to the top, of which partway we rode on the back of motorcycles. The altitude and the climbing would be quite challenging otherwise. (It is 2182 m to the top of Whistler Mountain.) When we arrived, the mountain was covered in mist and fog. It was as if the spirit of Rainbow Mountain was preparing us for the grand unveiling. The spectacular view was worth the wait!

It really warms my heart to have five amazing people, who are all ready to shift to the Reiki Master vibration. As all Reiki teachers know, It is definitely an honour to share these teachings and attunements. What a way to move into 2026! Especially since in numerology, it is a 1 year which is all about new beginnings, new directions, even new identity. It’s going to be a beautiful few days!

Machu Picchu is on the bucket list of so many people. Personally, I don’t think it matters whether you walk the Inca Trail, or take the train to get there. For me it’s all about the magic of the energy of this amazing vortex. It’s important to simply stand in her energy and really feel all she has to offer.
Machu Picchu will provide you with challenges, deep connection and a sense of awe. Although climbing the stairs can be challenging, we were blessed to have Edgar present with his revitalizing bottle of Florida water. To be a witness to the miracle of how these huge stones were placed upon each other with exact precision, like unique puzzle pieces is truly something to be in awe of. We were blessed with exploring the circuit that included the Intihuatana Stone. It is located at the heart of Machu Picchu and is perfectly aligned with the sun during the equinox. With so many people there, it was a gift to have the time and space to simply stand and feel her palpable energy. When you visit Machu Picchu, make sure your eyes are wide open and you take in her mystical vibes and spiritual connections.

Peru's culture keeps bringing me back. I love seeing the traditional clothing and traditional ways. I have listened to these beautiful women share how they spin and naturally dye their alpaca wool, each time I am in Peru. I love hearing my friends questions and seeing the joy in their face, as we all learn something new. I had seen the salt mines from afar on past trips, but this year we went down and had a tour. A river of salt water flowing in from under the mountains, creating a livelihood for local people. We have so much to learn from getting out of our normal. We see through different eyes when we explore as a traveler rather than a tourist.

I am also excited to organize and guide personal development trips to Peru, Guatemala and Ecuador.
