February 4th is the solar new year. It is the date to shift the feng shui placement of everything for the coming year. I always have a saltwater cure in my healing treatment room. It is known to absorb and neutralize heavy energies, which allows for the space to remain in a more harmonious state. You will see in my picture how well it works. The jar on the left is encrusted with salt all over the outside. My understanding is that the amount of salt on the outside depends on how much heavy energy it absorbs. The jar on the right is how a fresh cure looks once you prepare it, with only coarse sea salt, water, and six Chinese coins. Why don’t you experiment, give it a try and see if you feel a difference.

My husband doesn’t really understand what I do, but he supports me unconditionally. Fire ceremonies aren’t his things but he knows it’s mine. No questions asked, when I tell him I will be hosting a fire ceremony, he kicks into action. Today he had 2 feet of snow cleared from around the fire pit, arranged the chairs and started the fire. I am so grateful for his limitless support.
We both agree we’re blessed to have each other. Life is good….. and the fire ceremony was magical!

Ceremony is so important! December 21 we celebrated the winter solstice with a beautiful fire ceremony. We started with a cacao ceremony to open our hearts, and begin manifesting all we want to bring into 2026. Then we all placed our offerings into our Despacho , as we know the power of collective energy for releasing and manifesting. What a perfect day! The weather beautifully reflected where we were in our ceremony. It snowed and was windy while we were releasing, then when we began our manifesting kintu ritual, the sun came out and the wind and snow subsided. Thank you to everyone who came to share their energy.

No one will ever know the joy I get from sharing the beauty, magical energy, and the vibrant culture of places that are new to other people. My goal is to expose my travelling friends to experiences they would not possibly enjoy, through other trips to the same country. So when Marie sent me this note, my heart was full and glowing! Marie wrote “ so many of my trips over the years have been described by my friends and family as “ a trip of a lifetime”. I always knew they weren’t… But this one was my personal trip of a lifetime! If I never get to take another trip, I truly feel complete with this one.

I am a person who has been placed on a path with, I think, the unique gift of making my passion my work. Each day that I offer my skills to my clients, I too receive. My life is fuller because of my work and the people I interact with.

I am a Holistic Health Practitioner who is keen to promote wellness in the full sense of the word. Healing and reconnecting on a spiritual, physical and emotional level creates a balance that is essential in life. I am honoured to offer my skills and gifts through hands-on Energy Healing modalities that I intuitively combine to create the best healing for your journey at this moment. The modalities I focus on are: Reiki, Craniosacral Therapy, Shamanic Healing, Akashic Consulting, and Ear Candling.

I am also excited to organize and guide personal development trips to Peru, Guatemala and Ecuador. These experiences focus on working with a traditional Shaman, creating and continuing friendships and support with orphanages, and exploring the magic of their culture. I love attracting “Magic Seekers” who are ready to feed their Spirit, Soul and Sense of Adventure!
