Message for today: why do we feel the need to put labels on others? Labels create a narrative and perspective that may or may not be represented by the person. Empathy, compassion, understanding and learning are our greatest tools which seem to be our least used or misaligned gifts. Our world is in chaos which we can slightly diffuse by listening, learning and holding space for those on a journey to heal. Traits of learned negativity and forced labels are burdens we all carry until someone recognizes us underneath the learned. They are special and a community of love.

Message for today: manage your expectations on regards to events, people,ideas, and/or anything. You could be setting an experience of disappointment or frustration when in reality it is actually wonderful. We are as humans prone to expectations which defeat us when the ideal is not there. The surprise of the moment is a grateful thing.
Yes being an overthinker doesn't help. "Raises her hand"
I have had many disappointments with my expectations for many things in my life. Being present and leaving those "expectations " at the door has helped me with some anxiety and issues. I am grateful for my daily surprises which helps me.

Message for today: how is everyone dealing with every day? Lots of negative energy and emotions gathering around everything and everyone. Take a pause, breath and let the turmoil of every day slide away, sent it down to the Earth for a cleansing and release as positive energy. Another tip if you carry polished crystals and their intentions are drained daily, try switching to a rough crystal with striations so they are able to direct the energy away with what nature gave them.

Message for today: disconnect from the outside noise for example media and TikTok. You might just need to sit quietly to listen to your inner noise. It will heal and re-enter your soul.

This time of slow down and cooler weather could be about going on a personal introspection of ourselves and how we would like to project this as a positive effect on our environment.
