Echinacea brings that spark of local immune support, while the rest of this formula is rich in resins and volatile oils that offer deep, direct cleansing for the respiratory system. It’s warming, stimulating, and best for those cold, boggy coughs that need help moving.

If there’s lymphatic stagnation or the cough has a touch of dryness, I love adding Mullein leaf or Red Clover for a gentle moistening, lifting quality.
