Made it through that first day back to the grind after the holidays!

Today’s walk was very much needed—for me and my furbabies. The whole season felt like its own kind of beautiful chaos, and now I’m definitely feeling a bit of a holiday hangover.

This season has been a reminder of how important grounding and rest really are. Reiki is one of the ways I come back to myself when everything feels like a lot.
