Yin yoga is a floor based yoga that utilizes props so that gravity and body weight can allow you to hold poses for longer. This has immense benefits for your connective tissue health. 
I incorporate meditation and unique relaxation techniques that will leave you yawning and ready for bed with the added bonus of working on your physical body.
