Parents, you can start a bedtime routine with your baby as early as 8 weeks👶🏼

Having a calming phrase like:
‘❤️Mama loves you, you are safe, I’ll see you in the morning’
OR
A song that is short and calming🎶

However you help your baby fall asleep, these auditory cues will help your baby know what comes next…SLEEP💤
