I was born and raised in Kingston Jamaica, then migrated to Canada in 2018. I fell in love with this beautiful town called Kelowna in British Columbia where the weather is the closest thing possible to what we have in Jamaica. Coming from Jamaica, I had a very deep passion for fitness, as my former years were spent playing soccer and being actively involved in health and wellness. My passion for fitness is incomparable to anything else I have pursued in my life, and it brings me enormous joy and satisfaction when I can facilitate the process of a person experiencing and developing the necessary discipline and consistency to make them successful in their health and fitness journey. I am an Int'l Sports Science Association (ISSA) Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist and American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer. I have worked in the field of group fitness with the global franchise called F45 in my town of Kelowna for over 2 years. My overall experience spans beyond 10 years in the fitness industry. I have worked with many clients over the years and have seen how fitness has changed and shaped their lives for the better and this fuels my determination to continue on the path of helping people become the best versions of themselves physically and mentally. I believe that fitness should be fun and not a drag even when the workout is difficult.
