We are so excited to welcome Sara, Registered Clinical Counsellor, to the AltaVie team 🤍

Sara provides counselling for women, moms, and teen girls, with a focus on fertility journeys, pregnancy loss, motherhood, and women’s mental health. Her approach supports clients in processing their experiences, reconnecting with themselves, and creating meaningful next steps forward.

With specialized training in perinatal mental health and lived experience as a mother of two, Sara brings both clinical expertise and a deeply compassionate presence to her work.

She’ll be seeing clients Mondays starting in March. We feel so grateful to have her as part of your circle of support. ✨

Born and raised in Kelowna, she loves the outdoors, staying active, and choosing summer over winter every time!

When she’s not at the clinic, she’s finishing up her commercial pilot training or spending time with friends (and a little solo recharge time too ✈️)
