Aerial Nidra Sound Bath

Join us in as we float held in the Aerial Hammoks guided into a state of deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra with the healing tones of Crystal Singing Bowls.

You will be wrapped in the silk hammock held a few inches above the ground.

Andrea will guide you in a Yoga Nidra practice to support you in floating in the space between being awake and asleep.

Juliana will bring in her set of Crystal singing bowls to offer even more healing.

This deeply healing practice guides you into deeper and deeper states of consciousness and peace.

Hello my dearest soul family,
I wanted to update you, I have been on a hiatus since our last YTT in June of 2020. I have come through a divine appointment with my health that had required a few surgeries. This time required me to pause my work as a training facilitator. I have continued to teach yoga classes and host online workshops when i can. However, this time has been precious for me to grow deeply and more intimately with my own yoga practice and connection to spirit. I am embracing this mysterious journey and learning unconditional love in new ways I never imagined. No mud, no lotus.
It is unknown when our next full training will be, for now I trust this evolutionary journey and heed the call of my dharma. I love you all and forever grateful for this practice and the magic we have inspired in sacred space together. Feel free to reach out to say hello or check in anytime.
