🚫 Not true!
In perimenopause and menopause, hormone levels naturally fluctuate day to day (sometimes hour to hour!). A single blood test often doesn’t give the full picture — and relying only on lab numbers can actually delay you from getting the support you need.

💡 The truth is, hormone therapy can be safely and effectively started based on your symptoms and health history, without waiting on hormone test results.

Of course, lab testing can be helpful in some cases but it’s not a requirement for getting started.

The short answer: YES. 🙌

Protein does so much more than build muscle.

It’s essential for:
💥 Balancing blood sugar

Just because your results fall within the “normal” range doesn’t mean they’re optimal—or that they explain how you’re truly feeling.
