Happy Thursday! I don't know about you, but I can't believe June is already around the corner! Gardening, hiking, camping, outdoor season has begun and I for one am already noticing the sore spots in my body from all the "new season" activities. That being said, my July schedule is now available & I have a few spots open next week on Tuesday @ 10:45, Wednesday @ 1pm & Thursday @ 1:15pm.

Happy Tuesday everyone!

As September nears, we are starting to get into the busy season and I just want to send out a gentle reminder to pre-book your massage appointments to avoid disappointment and get the most out of your benefits.

I also wanted to send out a note that for the month of October I will be extending my schedule slightly to accommodate more appointments. My schedule for October 1 - 24 will be Tuesdays 8:15am - 2:15pm, Wednesdays 10:15am - 5:45pm & Thursdays 8:15am - 3:45pm.
