The other day a client came back to see me after a few months and shared with me that the issues we shifted energy around in our last session just basically took care of themselves. That she didnt really have to DO anything, she just followed the breadcrumbs the universe had laid out for her with the markers in place that came through the intuitive channelling.
This is exactly how my sessions work! We shift the energy and the physical realm has no choice but to follow suit.
I call them 'markers' because when I channel people's Higher Self for advice and clarity I will get things, events, or people to watch out for or pay attention to that will act as catalysts to propel them forward. Because they are aware of them, they will recognize them when they come into their path.

You've been playing small? In a world that feels like its encroaching upon you from every direction, I get that you're struggling to see HOW you can expand.

I want to CELEBRATE and showcase Ingrid!! We have a beautiful history going back to when I was living on Vancouver Island doing massage therapy and reiki- I worked on her whole family!
When I moved away she asked if I could perform distance reiki on her dog Albus. Albus had been wearing a cone most of his life because he had terrible anxiety and incessantly licked and chewed his paws. They had tried everything- and when I mean everything I mean EVERYTHING. I have never seen a couple take such good care of their animals before.
After I tuned into Albus, I shared with them what I saw and what I worked on. 2 days later they took him to his chiropractor appointment and the chiropractor confirmed the issues in the lower back and the left side of the neck.
The reiki worked amazing!!!
"After this first session, we felt like we had a different dog, we haven’t returned to the Chiropractor in over 2 months and have gone several weeks without Albus wearing a cone. So far we’ve done a few sessions with her. A few days ago, we started to notice Albus chewing and licking again (about a month or so after the last session) so we thought of reaching out to Kiki to see if she could do another session, but that very same day, she messaged us first saying she felt like Albus needed another session again. And so she did last night, and gave us eerily accurate information about his life and his situation.
We can’t speak highly enough about Kiki and her expertise. We would recommend it to anyone not only who has a dog with difficult/unique issues, but also for anyone looking to better their own lives. We are forever grateful to Kiki for helping our boy feel better." -Ingrid
HOWEVER....... Reiki lasted for only so long because I wasn't doing frequent sessions with Albus. Ingrid and her husband Braeden desperately needed something that they could apply DAILY.
After trying CBD, pharmaceuticals, supplements, food changes, anti-anxiety, anti psychotics for the dog they were at a complete loss.
ENTER HEALY... In just 2 weeks after using Healy every day, Albus is now off all his medication, no longer wearing his cone ever (even throughout the night time), and it brings tears to our eyes because both of us are finally so relieved to give this dog the freedom from his anxiety.
They send me videos all the time sharing how he's doing. I'll share some with you below..

I love working with people’s energy….

To see shifts taking place in the astral realm and knowing that energy always preludes the physical realm, we can anchor in new contracts, paradigms and timelines.

I love the confirmation that I get from clients that say “I’ve never told anyone that stuff that came up in my session!”

It proves that reading energy is real. It proves that we are more than just physical bodies and that we have higher faculties to tune into that allow us to see and know more.

I tell my reiki clients to keep their experience to themselves through the integration process.

There’s been times when I’ve been really stoked on a spiritual experience and told someone about it and immediately regretted it, because the message got lost in translation. The potency becomes diluted, and you can feel it vibrationally drop.

Others may not understand or relate to what just happened so they can’t share the same enthusiasm. No one can ever step inside your shoes and truly experience your reality.

After reiki, you literally have light energy floating around you and integrating deep into the structure of your energetic and physical DNA.

The integration process takes some time. Although shifts are felt in the body immediately, there is always a buffer of time before your reality reflects some of the deeper energetic shifts that were made. At this stage, you can be somewhat vulnerable to others’ vibration.

Jesus held people in such a highly potent vibration of light that they experienced miraculous healing.

He said “go forth and tell no one.”

He wasn’t saying this to be humble, but instead because he knew that others who did not have the experience would pull the person back out of alignment.

Do not disturb the caterpillar inside the cocoon.

Everyone is living their own dream here. Your inner guidance system has very personal messages for you that pertain to your life.

If you share with people who don’t hold the same enthusiasm, lower vibrational thinking can creep in- they must think I’m crazy.

Some will dismiss it, reject it, or even mock. Be very very careful with sharing your spiritual experiences.

It’s much more powerful to let these spiritual experiences shape you and allow people to see the final result than it is to tell them as soon as something shifts.

I just wanna give you a quick update so you know you’re not going crazy and more importantly so you know you’re not alone. We’re all going through this right now. We are all in a holding pattern right now.

Right now, we are going through a global ascension from 3D energy to 5D and you are suspended in the in between. You are between your old life- the old version of who you were and the new life- the version you are becoming. What makes it so tough is that the new life hasn’t physically manifested yet. The 5D reality hasn’t manifested yet. Its being created by yours and everyone else's conciousnesses. But you know its coming because you are the one who created it through your manifestations, your intentions, your emotions. You are being initiated into a higher reality right now.

When the past comes knocking at your door, you’re gonna know it because momentarily, you’ll feel tired. You’ll be able to tell because it drains your energy even if just for a second. 5D reality feels like inspired action. Always choose high vibrational reality for yourself to stay the course.

I know it’s tough right now because it’s tempting to settle for less because you just want to make connections but trust me, you’ll thank yourself. The more you hop between the old you and the new you, the thinner you spread yourself and get depleted that much faster. Hold the line
