Brain fog is one of the most common concerns I hear about in practice. Difficulty concentrating, mental fatigue, and feeling you "aren't at capacity" can have many possible contributors, including neurotransmitter levels, prolonged stress hormones, sleep disruption, gut-brain axis impacts, inflammation, hormones, and nutrient status.
