Anyone else feeling this?
Getting your brain back on track is a funny one. When I catch myself in a scurry doing aimless laps, chasing those dang squirrels, I slow myself down by grounding into 1 thing I want to do. Then I support my brain with some Focus and the a Salty Einstein. It’s wild when my body has wha it needs how much easier it is to stay on track.
