Attention Gyro Beach! This is your September Fitness Challenge and here is everything you need to know! 😎

1. Grab a fitness card from reception after your next class and mark your name on it.

2. Reception will tape it on the hallway wall! You have the entire month to work through these challenges.

3. Cross out the challenge on the card after they are completed!

Top three members to complete this first, wins a wellness prize! 🏆🌿🤍

Notes: 4 partner challenges can be complete every week, twice a week or all at once if you’re really set on winning. 🤭 Ask your instructor for a modification if needed!
