If youve noticed lately that you are scrolling past the spiritual people you used to follow, or the pages that you used to use for guidance. Nothing feels real or whole or authentic anymore, nothing resonates as deeply. Its because its time for yiu to lean in to your own internal guidance system. Your intuition. Your gut feeling. Your knowing. Your truth.

This isnt a time for following anything or anyone but yourself. So make time this weekend to start your practice. 5 minutes of breath work. 5 minutes of body check in. 5 minutes of consciousness. Drink your coffee or tea but feel the mug on your lips, and taste the depth of flavor. Pour yourself a glass of water and fill it with your best intentions of love and healing before you drink it. If you go outside, close your eyes and smell the air.

Small practices that bring you into the present moment and bring clarity and awareness.

You dont need anything outside of yourself.

Last but not least the root.
Holding our sense of safety and security this chakra is governed by the sciatic, hips, pelvis and tailbone. Red crystals like Garnet, Ruby, Jasper, Mookaite will offer grounding and stability in times where the world feels unstable. Vertigo, and deep seeded fears can come up when this chakra is imbalanced.
