When Selecting a quote that best reflects their experiences supporting and caring for others as a Nurse they carefully selected: "Being a Nurse is to give your hands to serve and your heart to love".

In Celebration of Nurses week, we provided a theme and special treat to say thank you each day to our Incredible staff here at Southbridge Kemptville. We would like to offer a special thank TLC for providing our staff with Subway gift cards this week! and our generous team of Doctors for providing a slice of heaven from the best in town Melanos Pizza!

We’re proud to recognize the incredible work of our Personal Support Workers at Southbridge Care Homes. Your dedication, compassion, and commitment to our residents never go unnoticed—and we are truly grateful.

Today, we’re giving a special shoutout to Angela, one of our amazing PSWs at Southbridge Kemptville. Angela is a passionate advocate for mental health and brings creativity and heart to everything she does. Outside of her role, she runs a small business creating custom items that share messages of support and encouragement—just one of the many ways she helps uplift those around her.

In Support of National PSW day (May 19th) we want to say thank you to all of our hardworking PSWS at Southbridge Kemptville!

This year we would like to say a special thank you to our PSW Angela!
Angela is a dedicated and compassionate PSW staff on the Poppy home area; She is a strong advocate for prioritizing mental health; she owns a small business creating a variety of custom items that send supportive messages! She is always willing to provide creative ways to support our residents! Angela has Donated 2 custom mental health awareness t-shirts (they are located in the front lobby of Southbridge Kemptville). All proceeds of tickets purchased will go towards recreation 1 on 1 activities to promote and support the mental health of our residents at southbridge Kemptville.

On Mother’s Day we had our annual little volunteers Greyson and Theo come in and deliver 120 carnations and smiles to each lady at Southbridge kemptville! This year is year three for these boys and each year we get just as many smiles and hugs in celebration of Mother's Day. When we opened Southbridge Kemptville the residents one wish for Mothers Day was to have time with their children while they were small... Memories of receiving flowers and crafts were something they hold dear; although we cannot turn back time on their own children being able to have moments like these help them remember how beautiful those memories are.
