IN-PERSON CLASSES — NEW LISKEARD 🌿
If you’re looking for a supportive place to move your body, build strength, and feel better… this is for you.
These small group classes are designed to help you:
• improve strength and mobility
• feel more confident in your body
• move with less stiffness and tension
• support your body in a safe, guided way
Classes include a blend of:
💪 Strength
Build functional strength for everyday life
🌊 Mobility & Movement
Improve how your body moves and feels
🌿 Calm
Support your nervous system and reduce tension
These are not high-pressure or fast-paced classes. You’ll be guided, supported, and able to work at your own level.

CURRENT CLASS SCHEDULE:
• Strength • Stretch • Core — Mondays 1:00–1:45pm (new session May 4)
• Hip Mobility — Thursdays 1:00–1:45pm (new session April 16th)
• Yin Yoga — Thursdays 6:45–7:45pm (new session April 9th)
