IN-PERSON CLASSES — NEW LISKEARD 🌿

If you’re looking for a supportive place to move your body, build strength, and feel better… this is for you.

These small group classes are designed to help you:
• improve strength and mobility
• feel more confident in your body
• move with less stiffness and tension
• support your body in a safe, guided way

Classes include a blend of:

💪 Strength
Build functional strength for everyday life

🌊 Mobility & Movement
Improve how your body moves and feels

🌿 Calm
Support your nervous system and reduce tension

These are not high-pressure or fast-paced classes. You’ll be guided, supported, and able to work at your own level.

CURRENT CLASS SCHEDULE:

• Strength • Stretch • Core — Mondays 1:00–1:45pm (new session May 4)
• Hip Mobility — Thursdays 1:00–1:45pm (new session April 16th)
• Yin Yoga — Thursdays 6:45–7:45pm (new session April 9th)

I also offer lymphatic drainage support, including guidance for lymphedema and those navigating or recovering from cancer.

A balanced class creating, functional strength, and core stability to support posture, balance, and everyday movement. Participants must be able to get up and down from the mat independently.

🌿 Gentle Flow Yoga
📅 Tuesdays | 6:45–7:45 pm

A smooth, mindful flow linking breath with movement to improve flexibility, strength, and relaxation.

There is something about stepping outside after a meal… no rush, no agenda… just moving the body gently and letting the day settle.

✨ It helps digestion
✨ It clears the mind
✨ It supports better sleep
✨ It reminds me how small and how grateful I am all at once

The house glowing in the distance.
Stars scattered across the sky.
Fresh tracks in the snow.

Movement doesn’t always have to be intense to be powerful.

Something you might not know about me…

I love making sourdough bread. 🥖✨

I’ve been at it for over a year now — and let me tell you, there has been plenty of trial and error. Flat loaves. Overproofed loaves. A few “what happened here?” moments. 😅

But just like strength training… consistency pays off.

There’s something so grounding about the process:
• feeding the starter
• mixing just 3 simple ingredients
• shaping by hand
• waiting (patiently!)

Flour. Water. Salt.
That’s it.

I use local flour milled right down the road from me at Posch Haven Farms — and there’s something really special about supporting local and knowing exactly where your food comes from. 🌾

Bread making has become one of my creative outlets. It slows me down. It reminds me that good things take time. And it fills the house with the most beautiful smell.

Movement strengthens my body.
Breath calms my mind.
Sourdough feeds my creative side. 💛
