I get asked alot How I source my Venison and Exotic Proteins for my Food Experiences ... well I'm extremely lucky to have Oultons Meat just a 30min drive away.

I've sourced Elk ( used in my MasterChef dish), Goat, Red Deer , Emu to just name a few
