Wakeboarding is my souls expression. Many of the choices I’ve made in my life are rooted in my love for this sport. I’ve put blood, sweat, tears, tears, bruises, time and so much effort into developing my riding.
It drives me to make better Bone Broth, learn more about how the human body heals, how to stay young, and how to overcome fear and self doubt. It’s lead me to some of my best friends. It’s also earned an ink spot on my body.
Part of my purpose is to show people that aging is a choice. I teach people how to heal their bodies and stay connected to the energy that keeps them forever young.
Aging is inevitable but feeling old is a choice.
