You are invited to join Sharon Coombs of and myself on Winter Solstice (in Kimberley, BC) for the Illuminated Intuitive Workshop. Come, slow down with us to honour & celebrate the Soul-stice while playing & creating together in community. An afternoon tapping into your intuitive gifts and learning to communicate with your spirit guides/higher self & Divinity to gain greater insight and sharpen your natural skills. Sharon will be guiding you to strengthen your clair's in a fun and accessible way. And I will guide everyone in making 3-5 personalized oracle cards to take home. Guided visualization and prompts will guide your journey, followed by creating your very own unique cards. (No art experience necessary) Simple use of symbols, words, colours and collage/mixed media will be available to help you translate your messages into visual form to connect with on a deeper level. Includes a guided visualization prior to art making to tap into your unique messages. And opportunity to write down your channeled messages which will accompany each card. Art making has been shown to reduce stress and calm the nervous system. It allows the unseen to become seen and creates space for healing and also inspiration & wonder. Welcome. I am the founder of Abundance Fair and also the creator of the Heart Circle (and Happy Hearts Collective) which uses therapeutic art and intuitive art practices to bring through soul art works through process rather than technique. I am an artist and creative who believes that harmony and thriving can be achieved through holistic practices that nourish the emotions, body, mind, spirit and look at the whole being.
At the Playful Hearts Retreat I will guide an intuitive finger painting session as well as the Art of Playful meditation. A session for those who don't enjoy sitting still for meditation. Encouraging and uplifting movements using hula hoops, jingle belts, ribbons, drums and more. We will play with curiosity and release expectations to outcomes or need for perfection. Here we allow room for wonder, joy, flow and feelings of satisfaction through repetitive and meditative motions and movements that clear the mind and bring you into the NOW moment.
