“Do you live with the process to enjoy the results, or do you enjoy the process and live with the results?”

Great question! 🤔

🔄 Living with the Process: This is all about putting in the hard work now to cash in on those results later. Think of it like balancing your books—sometimes you have to invest time before you see a profit!

🌱 Enjoying the Process: On the flip side, this mindset is about finding joy in every step. It’s like celebrating small wins along the way—because every good accountant knows that even minor gains add up!

Both approaches are valid! Whether you’re focused on the end goal or loving the journey, just remember: it’s all about keeping your “nutritional ledger” balanced.

The “Why Don’t I Look Like I Workout” Mystery Solved! 💪🔍

Ever find yourself sweating it out at the gym, but the mirror isn’t reflecting those hard-earned gains? Fear not, fitfam, because we’re solving the puzzle!

1. Nutrition is Key: You can’t out-train a bad diet. Building muscle is a nutritional masterpiece. Fuel your body with the right mix of protein, carbs, and fats to support muscle growth. Your kitchen is your muscle-building playground!

2. Stick to the Program: Consistency is the secret sauce. Pick a program that aligns with your goals and stick to it. Rome wasn’t built in a day, and neither are those sculpted muscles.

3. Track Your Weights: It’s not about aimlessly lifting; it’s about progression. Track your weights and aim to increase the load over time. That gradual progression is where the magic happens.

4. Push to Fail: Push your limits, because growth happens outside your comfort zone. Lift until you can’t lift anymore (safely, of course). Embrace the glorious feeling of pushing past your limits.

So, if you’re wondering why the mirror seems oblivious to your fitness efforts, check-in on these game-changers. Share your own tips or questions in the comments. Let’s decode the workout mysteries together! 💬💪

Elevate Your Fitness Game – Bye Dieting, Hello Sustainable Strength! 💪🌟

Hey FitFam! Let’s have a heart-to-heart about ditching the dieting drama and embracing a powerhouse approach to fitness. Here’s the game plan:

1. No More Dieting Drama: Say farewell to endless diet cycles! Instead, find your sweet spot – maintenance calories with a slight deficit. This isn’t about deprivation; it’s about sustainable progress. Your body needs fuel to build muscle and, in turn, kiss fat goodbye.

2. Maintenance Magic: Calculate your maintenance calories – the energy your body needs to function optimally. Add a slight deficit for fat loss without compromising muscle growth. Think of it as the Goldilocks of nutrition – not too much, not too little, just right.

3. Embrace Heavy Lifting: Now, let’s talk iron therapy. Lifting heavy isn’t just for the swole crew; it’s for everyone ready to sculpt their strongest selves. Heavy lifting triggers muscle growth, boosts metabolism, and yes, contributes to that glorious fat loss journey.

It’s time to shift from the dieting rollercoaster to a sustainable, strength-centric lifestyle. Share your thoughts or questions in the comments. Let’s support each other on this journey to building lasting strength and shedding what no longer serves us! 💬💪

2. Sunday Meal Prep: Turn your Sunday meal prep into a mental prep session. Think about those ultimate goals while you chop, dice, and prep for a week of success.

3. Get Strong: Did you know muscles love to feast on calories? It’s true! So, let’s get strong. The stronger you are, the more fuel your muscles need, making that holiday feast a guilt-free celebration!

About Me

I have always had a passion for health and fitness. I turned to running in my mid-30's and have never looked back. You will see me out hitting the pavement before you see me in an indoor class.

During my 30's and 40's I started to struggle with inflammation from Restless Leg Syndrome. I then developed issues with digestion. I found it very difficult to go to social functions unless I had a routine planned out that made sure I had nothing left to "worry about" once I left my house. This was interfering with my quality of life! I am not one for medication since I truly believe that 90% of our health issues can improve with diet. I took matters into my own hands and changed my diet. I longer need to plan a routine to attend a social function and I do not need any medication to help ease the pain in my legs at night.

As I went through all of these changes I found a new passion. Nutrition Coaching. I learned so much from this program. I learned that we can improve our nutrition and see noticeable results with just a 10% change in our habits. I learned to practice small changes and give 5 minutes of attention to these practices daily to have sustainable results.
