20 vs 30 vs 40

➡️At 20, I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer, had 2 surgeries and chemo

➡️At 30, I had my miracle baby and made the decision to completely change my diet and lifestyle and go vegan overnight. I was dealing with several chronic health issues and was sick and tired of being sick and tired!

➡️At 40 I’m an online health coach, an aspiring bodybuilder, and am fitter and healthier than ever! Change is possible - we can’t control everything in our lives, but we have SO much more control and power than we think we do! ❤️

20 or 30 year old me could never have imagined what was possible. This is your sign to make a change, to taking one small step forward to becoming who you want to be. I thank 30 year old me every day for taking that first step. I wouldn’t be where I am today without her. 🥹❤️

✅that means there’s still 1/3 of the year left to make changes 🤯
✅it’s never too late to make a change! 🙌
✅fall can be your fulfilling fresh start or reset to make progress towards your goals! 🧠💪

It’s the perfect time to reassess, recommit, and take action! You can make A LOT of progress in 121 days! ❤️
