There’s no right or wrong time to join Strong Mom to Be.⁣

Some people like to start as soon as they find our they’re pregnant.⁣

Other people prefer to join in their second or third trimesters. ⁣

Wherever you’re at in you’re pregnancy, you’re welcome and we will make sure you get the workout you need for where you are at in your journey. ⁣
