If you’re looking for the perfect family vacation - head to Mexico 🇲🇽

People tend to think Mexico isn’t safe (I’m sure in some spots it isn’t) but overall, it is.

We went to Cancun last year + the Maya Riveria this year. Both experiences were amazing ✨ beautiful weather, friendly people + delicious food.

This year we stayed (Beach).
There are 6 hotels on this strip + you can access all of them for dinners + activities (one is adults only - so no kiddos at that one).

It’s a big area, but has a small resort feel.
Our favourite activities were swimming in the many pools, enjoying food at the restaurants, walking along the beach searching for treasures, exploring the other resorts + hitting up the kids water park.
SO MUCH FUN!!

Glad to be home, but already missing that sunshine ☀️😎.
Time to start planning for next year 😉.

Vacations really are the ultimate self care experience (except the travelling part… more on that later).

Your body + brain require rest in order to function.

The ADHD brain needs even more rest or recovery time (which is really annoying sometimes).

Read through these slides + reflect on the type of rest you need right now (it’s ok if it’s more than one type🖤)

For me - I need some sensory rest (I always need sensory rest) + creativity rest.

You know that feeling when you walk in a store + it just feels right?!

Every time I go into in Napanee - that’s the vibe ✨
