It is born of the identified need to serve and support its membership and shared learnings with other healthcare professionals and industries with whom we interact. As part of its mandate, CAMDR see

ks to address numerous issues including patient safety, infection prevention & control, technology assessments, vendor relations, organizational management, and education. Our vision is that with the involvement of technicians, nurses, managers, and other stakeholders, we will enhance the knowledge exchange and ultimately improve patient care. The founding members are passionate about furthering the aims and goals of the profession.

Vision- Canadian Association of Medical Device Reprocessing (CAMDR) is a national voice and leader in Medical Device Reprocessing (MDR)practices. CAMDR collaborates with other national and international organizations to provide its members with professional development and to elevate the quality and standards of reprocessing within Canada, including Infection Prevention and Control. CAMDR

Mission- CAMDR is multidisciplinary that includes medical device reprocessing technicians and other associates who represent quality of medical device reprocessing. The association will also include vendor relations, motivation, education and training and assist organizations to address challenges in MDR
