Struggling with your mental health can be lonely, scary and confusing. Helping someone with a mental illness can be intimidating because finding the right resources can be hard. Being prepared to act before a situation becomes a “crisis” is so important! The mental health committee is happy to share this action-oriented resource to help prepare you for your own mental health challenges, as well as those of your loved ones.

We encourage you to give the infographic a quick read and then head over to the link at the bottom (https://jamboard.google.com/d/1UxcIoeBM3r_bo3Jwj8g03dYPbF4NfwINx-5Bd-d2WHg/edit?usp=sharing) to share your own resources with the rest of us. On the second page of the jamboard, we invite you to share any specific action steps you have taken to help make mental health struggles more manageable for yourself or for someone else.

As always, you are not alone. If you need help, there are people who are able and willing to help. Please reach out to us if you need specific suggestions.
