Hi there,

We will be seeing clients throughout the summer so if you have been thinking about giving therapy a try, give us a call! We offer in-person and online sessions for individuals, from teens to adults.

We work primarily from an IFS-informed lens (that's fancy talk for Internal Family Systems Therapy ... it's pretty amazing .. we love using it and our clients love it too!) We also specialize in working with folks presenting with ADHD-related symptoms, as well as helping to alleviate anxiety, intrusive thoughts, self-doubt, and other not-so-fun feelings.
