Best type of therapy! My lovely friend Sarah and I upcycled some old shirts and dresses and made our very own shirt dresses! As an added perk we were able to feed the goats and pigs. As my clients know I always recommend the trifecta of mental health medicine which is movement, nature and social. While we were not moving, we were exercising our creative brains so I will take it.
