šŸ„—Looking for a delicious, nutritious, low-calorie dish? Try my tasty spring rolls with fresh veggies! šŸ„—

Ingredients:

Wraps:
- 4 rice wraps
- Warm water (for soaking)

Filling:
- Sprouts
- Cabbage, shredded
- Carrots, shredded
- Fresh mint leaves
- Arugula or choice of leafy greens
- Choice of protein (shrimp, salmon, or tempeh)
- Rice noodles, cooked
- Red and orange bell pepper slices
- Cucumber, julienned
- Pickled ginger
-Roasted crushed almonds

Dipping Sauce:
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons rice wine vinegar
- 3 tablespoons tamari
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger
- Maple syrup to taste
- 2 tablespoons almond butter

🌿Instructions:

Preparing the Wraps:
1. Soak the Rice Wraps:
- Fill a shallow dish or bowl with warm water.
- Soak each rice wrap in the warm water for about 15-20 seconds on each side until pliable.
- Lay the first wrap on a large chopping block, starting at the top left corner.
- Overlap the second wrap to the right of the first wrap.
- Place the third wrap to the left, overlapping the first wrap.
- Finally, place the fourth wrap on the bottom right, overlapping the second and third wraps. This will create a larger wrap surface using four wraps.

2. Assembling the Filling:
- Place a small amount of each filling ingredient (sprouts, cabbage, carrots, mint, arugula or leafy greens, chosen protein, rice noodles, bell pepper slices, cucumber, and pickled ginger) in the center (side to side) of the prepared rice wraps.

3. Rolling the Wraps:
- Fold the sides of the wraps over the filling.
- Roll the wraps tightly from the bottom to the top, ensuring all the filling is enclosed.
- Once rolled, cut the large wrap into three equal sections, creating three approx. 4-inch wraps.

4. Preparing the Sauce:
- In a small blender, combine sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, tamari, minced garlic, ground ginger, maple syrup, and almond butter until smooth and well blended.

Serve the spring rolls with the dipping sauce on the side and enjoy!

šŸ’œHealing isn’t about changing who you are — it’s about coming home to yourself.
It’s not about creating a new version of you.
It’s the process of shedding fear, unraveling old conditioning, and quieting the outside noise…
So you can remember the person you were before the world told you who to be.

Your authentic self has always been there, quietly waiting beneath it all.šŸ™

ā˜€ļøJust like the sun, the earth has its own subtle energy that makes a physical connection with the human body in the form of electrons. Earthing, also known as grounding, is simply making a physical connection between the electrical frequencies of the human body with that of Earth’s (think the amazing feeling of being barefoot in the grass, or walking on a sandy beach). When you touch the ground with your bare feet or body, those electrons flow into you.

Some benefits of grounding:

šŸƒReducing inflammation
šŸƒReducing pain, including chronic pain
šŸƒRegulating the nervous system and cortisol levels
šŸƒProtecting the body from disruptive electromagnetic fields (EMF)
šŸƒReducing jet lag
šŸƒImproving blood flow
šŸƒRestoring energy
šŸƒImproving sleep
šŸƒFaster wound healing
šŸƒRegulating immunity
šŸƒImproving mood

šŸ’œšŸ™Are you feeling it?

The body holds energy. And under a full moon, that energy speaks louder.

The full moon amplifies everything — our emotions, our thoughts, our patterns… and our stuckness. That’s why it’s so important to move your body during this time.

Movement is medicine.
It’s how we clear stagnant energy.
It’s how we come back into flow.
It’s how we align with the rhythm of nature and the wisdom of our own spirit.

Whether it’s dancing, stretching, shaking, walking under the moonlight — your body needs to release, to express, to breathe.

When we move with intention during the full moon, we’re not just exercising — we’re activating. We’re honoring what’s rising to the surface. We’re saying:
ā€œI’m ready to let this go. I’m ready to call something new in.ā€

So if you’re feeling full, overwhelmed, emotional, or just… off — move. Let your body speak. Let your energy flow. Let your spirit guide you.

Move like it matters — because it does.šŸ’œšŸ™
