I am a Registered Massage Therapist in Kitchener, ON located at Aktiv Rehab Collective. I know that’s a mouthful!

I use a combination of therapeutic massage, manual lymphatic drainage (MLD), Cupping & Fascial work). I am a Vodder Certified Applied Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Registered Massage Therapist. What’s important for you to know is I am a dedicated RMT who is committed to providing safe & effective care and am passionate about evidence-based practices & the therapeutic approach. I use a variety of modalities such as manual lymphatic drainage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, joint mobilizations, and corrective bodywork to address pain, discomfort, and movement restrictions. I take pride in my ability to evaluate posture, muscle tension, and movement patterns, so that treatments are not only effective but tailored to address the root cause of your concerns to aim to achieve & maintain long-term results. Whether you’re recovering from an injury, managing chronic pain, or seeking relaxation, I am here to support your journey towards greater health. As a practitioner who has always been drawn to many chronic pain conditions (Like Fibromyalgia, Endometriosis, Arthritis & More) I am deeply committed to professional growth and continuous learning. Currently, I am studying to become Vodder Level 3 Certified so I can also help those with Lymphedema & compromised lymphatic systems. Outside of work my love for animals is evident by my time spent going for walks with my potato dog (a Frenchie named Mason), or doing something artistic with friends & family whether it be playing instruments, doing pottery or painting.

I have some time I’ll be out of office coming up! If you’d like an appointment before I go there are a few openings left! For anyone who hasn’t yet I’d also recommend booking in your March appointment for when I get back :)

Today is my last day in office in 2025! I can't believe what an amazing year it has been & I am so fortunate for all support I've gotten this year allowing me to do this wonderful career helping others!

I can't believe it's already December & it definitely brought winter with its arrival!
To ensure everyone stays comfortable during their treatments in the chillier times I have brought out the thick blankets!

My December appointments are all booked! Thank you everyone who has supported me in 2025 & made my first year as an RMT an amazing one!
My 2026 availability is open for booking & my December waitlist is also available for anyone who may need in sooner then 2026.
