​We begin with 45 minutes of slow somatic movement to unburden the body and soften the heart, followed by an immersive hour of Breathwork Medicine to invite a deep, restorative exhale. 🧘🏽‍♀️🌬

We will end our journey with a peaceful window for nutritious snacks, herbal tea, journaling, oracle cards and conversation. ☕️📝

As the earth begins to wake, we too have the opportunity to rise with intention. ✨️☀️

Starting Monday, April 6, 2026, I invite you to join me for a new 40-day morning devotion series. 🙏🏽🤍

From Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM ET, we will gather LIVE ONLINE in the sacred quiet of the dawn to practice. 💻🧘🏽‍♀️

A 40-day sadhana (practice) is a powerful way to shift your energy, clear the mind, and honour the divine within. In the Vedic tradition, it takes 40 days to truly cultivate a new habit and transform the subconscious. 🕯🩵

The Evolution of Your Practice:

🌱 Days 1–10: The Clearing. This phase is about breaking through the initial resistance. You’ll begin to notice increased physical stamina, a release of stagnant energy, and the quiet joy of showing up for yourself.

🌿 Days 11–20: The Grounding. As the movements become familiar, the mind begins to settle. You may feel a deeper sense of emotional stability and a more consistent connection to your breath throughout the day.

🪴 Day 21–30: The Integration. This is where the magic happens. The practice move's from the mat into your life. You’ll likely experience heightened mindfulness, better focus, and a natural lean toward self-compassion.

🌳 Day 31–40: The Transformation. In these final days, the practice becomes a part of who you are. There is a profound sense of inner peace, a radiant "glow" of vitality, and a deep, spacious heart ready to meet whatever the day holds.

Crystal is a yoga teacher, grief support person, and Master Yoga Teacher in training. She brings a thoughtful, caring presence to her work and to the communities she supports.

Crystal teaches both Chair Yoga and Kundalini Yoga, and also supports the Yoga for Parkinson’s program, helping create spaces where people can move, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.
