Our hands do so much for us day-to-day. Show them a little appreciation today and stretch out those forearms!

The beauty of this stretch is you can control how deep it is based on your wrist range of motion and what feels right.

Though we do have small muscles in our hands that control some movements inner hands, the bigger stronger movers of our fingers and wrists are the muscles in our forearms. Keeping them loose means happier and healthier wrists and hands.
