At Hear Right Canada Kitchener, we are pleased to offer wax removals! We offer several different methods of removal to ensure comfort for our patients.

This is a service we offer to adults (18+), at a cost of $40/ear. If there is no wax found at the appointment, or the wax isn’t removed, there is no charge!

Custom noise protection is a service we offer at HRC Kitchener. We take custom impressions of your ear canal and send them to have custom plugs made to the exact shape of your ear allowing for a perfect fit to protect your from loud noise exposure, AND, you get to pick the colour! 😃

✨Specialist Spotlight✨

Meghan always knew she wanted to help people, it was just a matter of “what”. After completing a General Arts & Science program, she was encouraged to apply to the Hearing Instrument Specialist program at Conestoga College by her program coordinator.

Meghan enrolled in the program in 2014, and when it was time for her clinical placement she joined Darlene in winter of 2016. Upon her placement completion, she was offered a permanent position.

Since then, Meghan has been wearing 2 hats at the clinic, being both a Hearing Instrument Specialist, and the office manager performing administration tasks.

Outside of work, Meghan is married to her highschool sweetheart, Malcolm. They live in a cozy apartment in Doon, not far from the office! They share their home with their 3 cats Bosco, Loki and Coral.

Meghan loves spending time with her family and friends. She recently found out that she is going to be an aunt for the first time, with her new niece or nephew arriving in November 2025! She also has a passion for music and always has something playing wherever she is.
