The title of a ‘Health & Fitness COACH’ can be confusing and/or overlooked when people are seeking assistance in improving their lives. Before becoming a Coach myself I didn’t really know what the role involved.
Some will hire a personal trainer or nutritionist to help rev up their exercise and clean up their diets. But that’s where it can end.
A lot of the time individuals need more!
Enter Health & Fitness Coaches aka Me! 😉😜
Coaches help you to be in the right mindset from the get go which will allow you to give yourself permission to change. Then everything else follows! A coach works along side you to cover movement, food, habits, stress, sleep and accountability.
Losing weight, better moods, having more energy is a by-product of covering all the bases.
In the end, you as a client and me as your coach want LASTING change! 💪🏽✨

Mindset is everything! Start any goal knowing it is achievable. Yes, some things will come easier than others; so KEEP telling yourself you are capable to get started, STAY determined by consistently working and BE brave to follow through and finish!
Coaching focusing on mindset as well as movement & nutrition. Mindset, I believe is the foundation to a happy and fulfilled life ✨

The way we live, the thoughts we think and the vision we see all take action for our goals to become accomplishments✨

• Write your goals down each day! Get strict with yourself on what needs to get done in order to get even one step closer

•Get vocal! Share your goals out loud to friends and family. They’ll be more concrete and you’ll be more accountable to follow through

•Visualize your life as if you’ve already achieved your goal. Sit or lay down, close your eyes and imagine a scenario that signifies you’ve reached the goal. Feel the emotions as you would if you were already living your goal
