I’m back ❤️❤️
After loosing someone so special to me, I realized that my mental health was at risk. There is a grieving process but I realized that my previous anxiety had now shifted into something I could not deal with. I took time to be with my family and loved ones- while attending therapy sessions and also started on anxiety Medication. If I had not asked for help, I don’t know where I’d be right now.
I appreciate all the support from my family and friends and now I can grieve my loss in a more constructive way. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not 💯. I do miss my friend so much, I’m on path to this life without her beside me while cherishing the memories we made.
I don’t remember a life without her but with continuous work I can continue to honour the time we shared together. Nicole would want me to continue doing what I loved and that’s reaching out to someone who may need it. ❤️❤️
