Frontline staff are often the first point of contact for individuals experiencing distress—but too often, they’re expected to respond without the tools or training to do so confidently.

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) training helps bridge that gap. It equips staff with practical skills to recognize signs of mental health challenges, respond appropriately, and connect individuals to the right supports.

Investing in MHFA isn’t just training—it’s a commitment to building safer, more supportive environments for both staff and the people they serve.

Let's connect on how to bring this important training to your workplace or community.

Join us May 13 for Minds in Bloom 2.0: Human-Centered Innovation, AI & Mental Health.

We’re honoured to welcome Dr. Leslie Roos, clinical psychologist and researcher at the University of Manitoba, to our fireside conversation.

Her work focuses on improving access to family mental health care and developing digital tools that support parents and children — including the BEAM app. Dr. Roos also contributes to national conversations on responsible AI in mental health.

Together, we’ll explore how innovation can expand access while keeping people and families at the center.

Permission for stillness 🎐
A good reminder for us all 🤗

Take a deep breath. Now, let it out. 🌬️

The weekend is here, and your only job is to exist. You don't have to "grow" today. You don't have to "make progress." You can just be.

This Sigh of Relief is your permission to pause the self-improvement and just enjoy the stillness.

Peer to peer support available through Mood Disorder Association of Manitoba.
