Responsibilities –
-Greet patients and visitors, answer inquiries , assist patients to exam rooms
-Schedule appointments
-Update and maintain electronic medical records using AVA EMR system
-Manage phone system, handle incoming calls and relay messages promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area
-Assist healthcare providers as needed
Qualifications
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
-Proficiency in administrate tasks such as scheduling appointments, allocating, faxing , scanning
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction
