Forget the 50 shades of grey, let's talk about the 50 shades of p*e! 😉
With plexus products we recommend that you drink half your body weight in oz. of water daily up to 100oz!
So if you weight 200lbs you would aim for 100oz of water daily which is equivalent to 6-7 bottles of water a day! If you weigh more than 200lbs then still try to get that 100oz! We don't want y'all drowning now! 😂
Drinking water has numerous benefits in general but it's important with plexus, to help flush out, all of the toxins the products are working hard to break down!
Tips for drinking water:
1. Use a straw.
2. Buy a pretty water bottle, or (guys) one you really like!
3. Set an alarm for every hour
4. Spice it up with fruit! (Try to stay away from flavored drops, most contain artificial sweeteners! 🤢)
5. Every time you go to the bathroom drink 1 cup
6. Drink 2 cups right before bed.

The problem with amalgam fillings

Mercury is one of the most toxic substances known to man, yet many of us have mercury fillings in our mouth that are poisoning us. Tiny particles break free and mercury v***r is released that we inhale or swallow. The mercury release is 50 times higher for those who have mercury fillings capped with gold.
The body doesn't just slough off mercury. The sneaky toxic heavy metal fools the body. It's molecular structure is so similar to selenium, which the body needs, the cells snap it up as if it were a helpful mineral.

Hydrate yourself!!! We tend to NOT drink enough WATER....so how much should you drink??
Each day you should be drinking about half your weight in ounces of water!! Have a system in place so you know exactly how much you are getting in. Many think they are getting enough in, but until they actually keep track, they realize they are not getting in near enough!!
