Happy Father’s Day to many fathers on the planet! Personally, this is to the first and most loving human in my life. Since I started working on my body sensations through Somatic practices, I am able to feel him here and there. Yes - My brain can make it mean anything but I know, my body knows that is my dad🥰❤️
