When we created Intention Wellness Space, our intention was to thoughtfully and intentionally offer a cozy studio in the beautiful setting of our small lakeside town, a place where community could feel safe, supported, connected, and inspired to grow through a variety of modalities.

What this space has become is FAR beyond what we could have imagined, and that is entirely because of this INCREDIBLE community🙏 Over time, the studio has grown into a meaningful hub of healing, connection, movement, learning, and support, and we are so deeply grateful for every person who has walked through our doors.

We were incredibly humbled just to be nominated in these categories, let alone to place in them. To have been voted 3rd in the Cowichan Valley in Holistic Wellness and 4th in Yoga and Meditation is something we do not take lightly, and we are deeply honoured.

Thank you, Cowichan Valley community, for placing your trust in us and allowing us to be part of your wellness journey. Your support means more than words can express.❤️
