In a Private Yoga Therapy session, we meet your body exactly where it is and not where it used to be or where you think it “should” be. These sessions combine gentle yoga postures, breathwork, mindfulness, and subtle energy balancing to support physical, emotional, and energetic wellbeing.
🌿 What to Expect
Each session begins with a conversation and how you’re feeling physically, mentally, and energetically. Together, we identify your current needs, whether that’s releasing tension, improving mobility, managing stress, or finding stillness in a busy mind.
From there, we move into a therapeutic sequence customized for your goals and your body’s unique patterns. Sessions may include:
🙏Gentle or restorative yoga postures tailored to your mobility and energy
🙏Breath techniques to regulate the nervous system
🙏Guided meditation or grounding visualization
🙏Meridian tracing or energy balancing to restore flow
You’ll leave feeling calm, clear, and reconnected not just stretched, but balanced.
