Helping successful women feel happier at work and at home.

Hey friend 🤍
Just checking in.

If you’ve had a week where your routine fell away…
Where moving your body felt like too much…
And that quiet, critical voice tried to tell a story about it—

Pause.

Sometimes the most supportive thing you can do
is tend, not push.

Rest.
Journal.
Sit by the fire.
Be with yourself.

And then—when the moment is right—you’ll feel it.
The nudge to move again.
Not from pressure… but from readiness.

You don’t need to force the timing.
You can trust yourself to know.

Today it was movement for me.
Your “today” might look different—and that’s okay.

✨ Be gentle with yourself.
✨ Swap out the lie for the truth.
✨ Trust your inner knowing.

Save this for the days you need the reminder 🤍

Some days, what you need most
isn’t to push harder…
it’s to support yourself better.

If you’ve been feeling a little tender, heavy, stuck, or unsure today,
this is your reminder that you’re allowed to get support —
in the way that actually meets you where you are.

For me, that looks like counselling that helps me gently unearth the past,
and coaching that helps me move forward toward the life I want to live.
Both matter.
Both have a place.
And together, they’ve helped me understand why certain dreams feel harder to step into — not because I’m incapable, but because something old still needs care.

You might need someone to help you look back.
You might need someone to help you look forward.
You might need support in your relationships.
Or you might just need a safe space to say what you’re carrying out loud.

Whatever it is for you today,
consider this your permission slip.

You don’t have to do it alone.
And you are worthy of the support you need —
especially on the days you forget that. 💛

Save this for the days you need the reminder.

If you’re feeling a lot right now—
this is your gentle reminder 💛

Emotions don’t mean something is wrong.
They’re not here to overwhelm you or knock you down.
They’re more like waves.
Some are small. Some feel huge.
But none of them are meant to stay forever.

When we stop fighting what we’re feeling and simply notice it, the wave can move through instead of crashing over and over again.

If today feels tender, heavy, confusing—or all of the above—you’re not broken. You’re human.
And you can handle what’s here.

One breath. One moment at a time.

Sending you so much compassion today. 🤍

Thank you for the reminder 😘

✨ If you’ve been quietly watching… this is your moment.
If Becoming has been sitting in the back of your mind
If you’ve saved the posts, read the emails, felt the nudge
If a part of you keeps whispering, “This feels like it’s for me…”
This is your sign.

This Thursday, I’m hosting a BONUS LIVE COACHING CALL for all Becoming students —
✨ brand new
✨ halfway through
✨ long-time members who want to reconnect

And the material I’m teaching is new.

This call is about helping you become the woman you feel called to be —
not by doing more, fixing yourself, or pushing harder…
but by reconnecting to who you already are beneath the noise, the roles, and the expectations.

If you’re newer here, Becoming is my signature course for women who:
• feel successful on the outside but disconnected on the inside
• are tired of second-guessing themselves
• know there’s “more” — but don’t want to burn their life down to find it

Inside the course, we work through:
– your worldview
– your identity (false vs true)
– the stories you’ve been living from
– emotional well-being
– and a simple process to discern truth from the lies that quietly run your life

No hype. No pressure.
Just honest tools, deep reflection, and real transformation.

👉 If you’ve been on the fence, now is the time.
👉 Join Becoming and come to the live call this Thursday.
👉 Details + access are waiting for you in my bio.

You won’t want to miss this one.
Not because of me — but because of who you’re becoming.
✨

No one really talks about this part of grief…
the part where your mind won’t let it be real.

Where you keep thinking, “This can’t be true,”
and your body just stays in shock.

It’s not because you’re avoiding the pain.
It’s because your brain is trying to protect you.

I didn’t realize I was doing this until I paused long enough to notice the thought I was stuck in—and once I did, something shifted.

If this sounds familiar, this message is for you 🤍

Some days, breathing feels… shallow.
And talk of gratitude can feel contradictory.

So let me offer this instead—
Grateful “in” the season. Not grateful “for” it.

You don’t have to be thankful for what hurts.
But you can notice what has been given within it.

A person who changed you.
A conversation that mattered.
A love that shaped you.
A lesson that stays.

That small shift—being grateful in the season—
has helped me breathe a little deeper today.

If this season feels heavy for you,
I hope this meets you gently.

✨ Take one slow breath.
Name one thing you’re grateful in today.
Save this or share it with someone who might need it.

I’m still trying to find the words.
Yesterday, I learned that my dear friend Kelsey passed away — and even writing that feels surreal.

Many of you knew Kelsey through Vibrant Yogi. You followed her, practiced with her, learned from her, and were inspired by the way she showed up — with honesty, courage, and heart.

For more than a decade, Kelsey and I shared sacred conversations. For the past eight years, Tuesdays at 10am became our time. That’s when we would meet. What began as a coaching relationship slowly and beautifully grew into one of the deepest friendships of my life.

Kelsey felt deeply called to help people. While she believed that calling would be lived out in one way, life had something far bigger in mind.

Through cancer, her purpose expanded. She created community so others wouldn’t feel alone. She shared her story so women could walk through treatment with more dignity. She launched acts of kindness that rippled far beyond her. And alongside her husband and boys, she gave back generously.

She did so much in such a short time.

When her cancer returned, she knew she wanted to leave something lasting. Walking alongside her as she wrote Let It Change You was one of the greatest honours of my career.

In her final season, she turned to me for spiritual guidance. Our conversations shifted. We talked about God. There was a deep and steady peace — and I truly believe she is now at peace.

She was inspiring, courageous, wise, spicy, and deeply loyal.
And yet, if you asked her what mattered most, she would tell you without hesitation: being a wife and a mama.

My heart aches with the space she leaves behind.
But I’m so grateful for the life she lived — and the light she shared.

Kelsey, my friend… you will be deeply missed. 🤍

So excited to share this 💛

SOLD OUT.

This weekend, I get to open my home and welcome 16 incredible women who are saying yes to clarity.
Not hustle.
Not pressure.
Just an honest pause to ask:

What do I actually want 2026 to look like?

There’s something powerful that happens when women slow down, get real with themselves, and name what’s been quietly calling them forward. I’ve watched it year after year — the clarity, the tears, the lightbulb moments, the deep exhale.

I’m genuinely honoured to hold space for that kind of work.

If you’re reading this and thinking, “Maybe next time…” — that nudge matters.
Save this post or DM me “VISION” and I’ll make sure you’re the first to know when the next one opens.

Here’s to becoming the woman who lives her vision ✨
