These mocktails are super easy to make, delicious, hydrating and ofcourse full of feel good ingredients. 💕

The common ingredients to always have on hand are sparkling water, lime juice and mint leaves. Then you can mix in different fruits and make it as you like!

It’s finally not freezing out and the days are getting longer!

Maybe you like the idea of going out for a walk but you just don’t bring yourself to do it.
You’re tired, you’re busy, maybe tomorrow…

I’m here to tell you to just go for it - get out for a 15-30 minute walk. Don’t hesitate, don’t overthink it. There are so many benefits to walking and getting some fresh air.

Mel Robbins wrote a book called the 5 Second Rule. It’s a countdown to taking action. Count to 5 backwards 5-4-3-2-1, then take action right away before you convince yourself that you don’t feel like it! Try it out, it might be just the tool you need.

If you’re struggling with getting a good night’s sleep, don’t just accept it. Sleep is a core pillar of our health and wellbeing.

Pick one thing from the following tips and try it out for one full week.
1. Cut back on caffeine and alcohol
2. Stick with a bedtime routine
3. Keep your bedroom cool, dark and quiet
4. Move your amazing body daily
5. Avoid phone or iPad 1 hour before bed
6. Supplement support

Stay consistent, even if it’s hard to. It will be worth it. ❤️😴

The Mediterranean diet is an approach to eating,not a restrictive diet. The focus is on nourishing your body with real food.

See what you can ADD daily. More fruits, vegetables, fish… whatever you think you need.

Don’t worry about what you have to limit or remove (soda, sugary sweets, processed foods). *Red meat is not listed so it’s considered to be limited (once per week) or avoided.

Eating mostly whole foods and balanced meals builds momentum. Trust me. Once you start to eat better and focus on nutrition, it’s like a ripple effect. It spills over to other areas of your life and adding more healthy habits becomes an almost natural process.

The thing is when we hit our 40’s +, our bodies just don’t process foods the same way. Especially eating simple carbs and any form of sugar, well that just goes straight into stored fat. Not what you want to hear, I get it.

First, you have to find foods that work for you, not against you.

Oats for breakfast can be an interesting alternative for you with many health benefits including the high fibre which keeps you full longer (you end up eating less during the day). Plus all the protein, minerals and vitamins, your hormones will thank you. 💕
