A Hippie’s Tale

A Hippie with a Heart is a space of healing the heart, the body and the planet through good food, self care and low impact living.

The Hippie behind the Heart, Tara Adams is a fiery soul-o parent entrepreneur with a passion for Mother Earth. Tara has been an Herbalist for over 25 years and continues to educate herself to remain on the leading edge. Her multifarious education has provided notable experience in varying health avenues. Tara is an Herbalist, RPN, Pharmacy Technician, Addictions Counsellor, Reiki Master and has various other certificates under her belt concerning wholeness and health.

Tara also believes in giving back and paying it forward. There is nothing in this world more gratifying than providing an opportunity to make someone smile.
