Hey everyone! I hope ya’ll are well. I decided to jump onto our Peace of Zen page. It has been a while. Stef and I have been busy this year! I, Kelly and now a certified Yoga teacher and I am teaching one class per week over at HÖM on mainstreet in Leduc. Send me a message if your curious or just want to say hello. ☺️ ☮️

We are lucky to have this lady in Leduc!

Bonni MacKenzie moved to Leduc with her family in 1992. Over the years, she has dedicated her time to volunteering at her kids' schools and sports associations. She was also the program coordinator of Sunnyvale Day Camp for almost 20 years, served as a board member at the Leduc Community Baptist Church, and still continues to volunteer for the Leduc Hub Association. She has gone above and beyond of her volunteer role over the years, especially with Leduc & District Victim Services where she has volunteered more than 16,000 hours as a victim advocate. As a victim advocate, Bonni responds to calls received by RCMP and provides support to victims in a wide range of traumatic situations.

We are thrilled to have presented her with the Community Spirit Award at VolunteerFest this past weekend. Thank you for all that you do, Bonni!
