Let me reintroduce myself!♡.

Hi, my name is Miranda! I grew up on a farm near Calmar & moved into Leduc when I bought my first home in 2021!

I have worked in recreation therapy for 9 years and started Personal Training in 2017. I started FitwithFryk in 2020 when the gym I worked at closed down due to the pandemic!

I married my dream guy on a beautiful fall day back in 2022 & together we have three big dogs, whom we treat like our babies!

We've been on our TTC journey for over 2 years now, which has been the hardest thing I've ever gone through. The sad truth is that no one truly understands the pain you feel after each failed fertility treatment unless they've gone through it. If you are also apart of the unfair world of infertility and you need to chat, I'm your girl!

You can find me walking our dogs, puzzling or listening to some crime ju**ie!
