Got in a DM argument last night with someone arguing the only reason I look the way I do is because of PEDs.

Let me set this straight, no you can’t look like this without PEDs. But if you took what I take and didn’t weigh every meal like I have the past 6 years or spend 7+ hours a week sweating like a pig on a stairmaster or invest thousands into recovery ect. You wouldn’t come close.

No one wants to admit that getting the body they desire is attainable, I have many natural clients that build insane physiques without PEDs.

I really wish it was as simple as taking some stuff and having the body I want, I’d sure save a lot of time and money šŸ˜‚

This is where a lot of people stop which is very respectable. And is hard to achieve, reality is most never will even get to this level of condition.

The gap from here to sub 7-8% bodyfat is sheer mental will.

You will:

-have little energy for basic tasks
-feel pain when you sit down or walk because their is no longer much fat on the soles of your feet or glutes
-be irritable 24/7
-probably lick your plate after every meal

List goes on, BUT as much as these things will happen for the level or condition that they achieve how you treat and respond to the people around you is always a choice.

Bodybuilding and any hobby or sport in general is always voluntary remember that. It is a privilege.
